Like any quality spa space, our Spa has some rules of use that must be respected to ensure that everyone can enjoy the facilities to a maximum. Below are the most important rules that any spa guests must be aware of and follow any time they visit our facilities.

Admission will be refused to guests with:

  • Ordinary clothing or shoes (changing rooms and lockers are available).
  • Floats and dangerous objects that could break.
  • Animals.
  • Plaster cast, bandages, plasters.

In the spa:

  • Access for over 16s. Children under 3 to 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult within the family timetable.
  • The spa is a public space, so guests must dress appropriately.
  • Guests must wear bathing suits and slippers.
  • You must shower before and after the hydro circuit.
  • Running or jumping into the pool is not permitted.
  • Keep silent and respect the rules and the facilities.
  • All personal belongings must be left in the lockers provided.
  • No belongings can be left in the lockers when you leave the spa.
  • The spa reserves the right to refuse admission.
  • Security cameras are installed on the premises.
  • The spa provides towels.

The company shall not be held liable for:

  • Any loss or theft of items in the lockers.
  • The consequences of misuse of the facilities (knocks or slips).

People with the following conditions should not enter the spa:

  • Serious heart, vascular or respiratory diseases.
  • Open wounds or recent stitches.
  • Contagious illnesses.
  • Heart problems or high blood pressure.
  • Access shall not be granted to people who have not waited long enough after eating.
  • Pregnant women in the first three months of pregnancy or at risk of having a premature birth or other complications.

Conditions

  • We recommend you book your treatment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability and the times that best suit your needs.
  • Please arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes before your appointment time so you have enough time to check in with reception, change and put your belongings in a locker. Any delays will affect how long your service lasts and you will be charged in full.
  • You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment without any extra charge. Otherwise, you will be charged the cost of the service.
  • If you would like to postpone or cancel your appointment, you can do so at least 24 hours before to avoid being charged.
  • Before booking, please inform us if you have any cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, diabetes, asthma, high or low blood pressure or if you are pregnant.
  • The Shama Spa has the same opening hours as the Neptuno Hotel & Spa.
  • All of our therapists are qualified specialists. If you would like to receive your treatment from a particular therapist, contact us before to confirm their availability.
